Product & Quality

1. Are KiddiWay products safe for babies?

Yes, we send products only after thorough quality testing. We stock directly from trusted suppliers who follow Indian safety standards.

2. How do I know which product is best for my baby?


Check the product description and age range before making your choice. If you’re unsure, ask us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger—we’ll guide you within 15 minutes!

3. Are your products original, branded, or local?


We offer both Indian and international branded products. If a product is unbranded, it still meets our stringent quality checks.

Order & Delivery

4. How do I place an order?


Add items to your cart, fill in your address, and complete payment (UPI, card, net banking, COD). Your order will be confirmed via SMS or WhatsApp.

5. How do I track my delivery?


After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, so you can check your parcel’s status in real time.

6. Does KiddiWay deliver to my city/town?


Enter your PIN code at checkout to check coverage. Most Indian cities are covered, but for remote areas, the courier company will confirm serviceability.

Returns & Replacements

7. What do I do if my product is defective or damaged?


Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos/videos via WhatsApp or email. We’ll arrange free pickup and send a replacement immediately—no extra charges.

8. Can I return a product if I don’t like it or want a different size or color?


Unfortunately, returns or replacements are not provided if you simply don’t like the product or want to change size/color. Our return policy covers only defective, damaged, or wrong products.

9. Why can’t hygiene products (feeding, grooming, etc.) be returned?


Hygiene products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons for your baby—this is also an international standard. If you face any issues, send us photos/videos and we’ll help resolve them.

Payments & Offers

10. Is COD (cash on delivery) available?


Yes, COD is available for orders over ₹699. Keep cash ready at delivery. Repeated refusal to accept parcels may lead to COD being restricted for your account.

111. When do I get free shipping?


Free shipping is available on prepaid orders over ₹499. COD orders have a ₹29 shipping charge.

12. How will I know about offers or discounts?
