Shipping & Delivery Policy – KiddiWay

1. Processing & Dispatch

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 working hours. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the customer’s pincode/location.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro & Major Cities: 4–7 working days

Tier 2 & 3 Cities/Villages: 6–10 working days

Remote Areas: Delivery may take slightly longer in some cases.
Delays may occur due to public holidays, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

The standard shipping fee is ₹49. Free shipping is offered on all orders above ₹499.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for all orders.
A 20% advance payment is required for order confirmation.
Please have the exact payment ready at the time of delivery.
If a customer repeatedly does not accept parcels, COD services may be restricted for that customer.

5. Tracking Information

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order in real time using this ID.

6. Undelivered Orders

If the customer is unavailable, the courier will make 2 more attempts.
Orders with fake or incomplete addresses will be cancelled, and shipping charges will not be refunded.

7. Serviceable Area

Currently, KiddiWay delivers only to selected pincodes in India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
