Return & Replacement Policy – KiddiWay

1. Refund Policy

KiddiWay does not offer refunds. Returns and replacements are only available in cases where a defective, damaged, or wrong item has been delivered.

2. Return Request

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Unboxing video/photos are mandatory as proof; without proof, returns will not be accepted.

3. Pickup & Charges

If the issue is from the seller’s side (defective, damaged, or wrong item), return pickup will be free, and a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.
If the issue is from the customer’s side (product not liked, size/color change, address mistake), the customer will have to bear the shipping charges for both reverse pickup and re-delivery.

4. Replacement Process

After pickup, the product will be inspected.
If the return is approved, a replacement for the same product will be shipped.
Direct exchange or refund is not available.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Hygiene-based items such as feeding bottles, nipples, teethers, grooming kits, etc., are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.
Used, washed, or products damaged due to customer’s fault are also not eligible.

6. Cancellations

Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation option is available.
