Shipping & Returns
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours, after which delivery time depends on your location. Our shipping timelines are:
Metro & major cities: 4–7 working days
Tier 2 & 3 cities/villages: 6–10 working days
Remote areas may experience slight additional delays
Delays can occur due to public holidays, natural disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances
Standard shipping fee is ₹49. Free shipping is provided on all orders above ₹499.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD is available for all orders. For confirmation, a 20% advance payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Repeated non-acceptance of parcels may result in COD restrictions.
Tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel live.
Undelivered Orders:
If you are unavailable, the courier will make 2 more attempts. Orders with fake or incomplete addresses will be canceled and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Service Area:
Currently, we deliver only to selected pin codes in India. International shipping is not available.
Returns & Replacements:
KiddiWay does not offer refunds, except in cases where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case return and replacement are available.
Return Request:
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. For proof, unboxing video or photos are mandatory—returns without proof will not be accepted.
Pickup & Charges:
If the issue is on our side (defective/damaged/wrong item), return pickup and replacement will be free of charge. If the return is due to customer reasons (you don’t like the product, want size/color change, or provided a wrong address), the customer is responsible for both pickup and re-delivery shipping charges.
Replacement Process:
After pickup, the product is inspected. If the return is approved, a replacement of the same product will be shipped at no extra cost. Direct exchange or refund options are not available.
Non-Returnable Products:
For safety reasons, hygiene-based items such as feeding bottles, nipples, teethers, grooming kits, etc., are not eligible for return. Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer are also not eligible.
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.
